MAM72-25V Five Axis Machining Center

he MAM72-25V offers five sided, full five-axis machining. The pallet changer completes jobs in one or two operations that normally take four to five setups on a traditional VMC. Equipped as standard with high-speed maching software and an offline post processor, Matsuura simplifies entry into five-axis machining. A Matsuura G-Tech 30i control combined with a 50 RPM Fifth axis table makes for quick work of simultaneous, 2 + 3 and five axis work.

MAM72-35V Five Axis Machining Center

The MAM72-35V Five Axis Machining Center is the product solution to five-axis machining. This machine offers unparalleled, unmanned operation with a standard 32 pallet. The Matsuura 15,000 RPM Hi-Tech spindle is standard on this machine. The Hi-Tech spindle, coupled with hand built precision makes for an accurate and robust unattended solution to low and medium volume complex work.

MAM72-3VS Five Axis Machining Center

For over ten years, Matsuura has been the world leader in five-axis machining technology. The MAM72-3VS is the solution to manufacturing five-axis components "lights out" or around the clock. With 40 pallets as standard, this Matsuura delivers unattended run time on complicated short cycle parts. By leaving fixtures in the pallet changer, set-up times can be reduced when specific jobs are needed.  The MAM72-3VS comes standard with high-speed software, as well as collision detection software to make five-axis machining easier.

 

MAM72-42V Five Axis Machining Center

This medium sized machine completes the line up in the MAM72 Series. This is a high speed, highly accurate rigid machining center with a built in 4/5th Axis rotary table. It has all the capabilities and technology of the larger machines, with a smaller footprint where size matters. Long term unmanned operation is enabled by configuring the options of the automatic tool changer and automatic pallet changer. Machine overall footprint has been reduced by extensive engineering and a patent pending APC system with flip up arm type. The design changes incorporated into the MAM72-42V have made this an operator friendly machine utilizing easy access and tempered glass to ensure clearer vision for longer periods. The proven reliability of the Matsuura High Tech Spindle ensures complete confidence in unmanned operation. Again, Matsuura has brought the five axis machine that the market has requested.

MAM72-63V Five Axis Machining Center

For larger work sizes, the MAM72-63V is the most accurate and reliable solution to robust five-axis machinery. This machine has a bridge type construction for light finishing cuts as well as heavy duty roughing in hardened materials. The 40 taper Matsuura Hi-Tech Spindle has 80mm spindle bearings, allowing this five-axis machine unparalleled cutting performance. As a stand alone unit, the Matsuura MAM72-63V provides a large work area and easy access to the part through two operator doors. Standard in this package is an offline post-processor and collision detection software package.
